Special Events Coordinator

Description

The Henderson County Public Library seeks an experienced, strategic, and collaborative Special Events Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating and planning events, outstanding project leadership skills, the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment, and vision that encourages innovative thinking to help build a library that works for all. This role includes the creation, implementation, and evaluation of the library’s signature events such as concerts, author visits, virtual programs, podcasts, and cultural programs. In addition, the Special Events Coordinator will plan and coordinate an efficient and effective use of Library event spaces. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven, public service environment with direct community impact.

Part-Time Bilingual Passport Agent

Description

The Henderson County Public Library seeks an organized and flexible part-time bilingual Passport Agent to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting the Passport Program Manager and agent(s) in conducting full-service passport service at the Henderson County Public Library and requires bilingual proficiency (read/speak/write) in Spanish.
