Barcode Number & Password

You must enter your barcode number and password to place holds, renew, and access other areas of your account. If you receive the message "The system was unable to log you on. Please check your barcode and password.", please contact the Library and verify your barcode number and reset your password.

Browser

Make sure that your browser settings are set to accept cookies and run JavaScript. In Internet Explorer these settings can be found in Internet Options - Tools. If you are still having problems, you may find it helpful to uninstall and then reinstall your selected browser, or to install a different browser from the one you are using (i.e., if you're using Internet Explorer, try installing Firefox).

Patrons who use Internet filters, antivirus software, or other computer security programs may experience problems accessing Pac. Disabling these programs before accessing Pac may solve your problem.
